Welcome to the Summer of HPC blog!
The Summer of HPC is a PRACE summer placement programme, which offers students the opportunity to spend two months working abroad at top HPC centres across Europe. You can find out more about the programme on our Info and FAQ pages.
The application & student selection process has now been completed and we are thrilled to announce that 24 students will join us this summer on 21 projects.
Here on the Summer of HPC blog, the students will keep you up to date with their training, projects, progress and experiences.
The programme kicks off at the beginning of July 2013. But to whet your appetite, in the coming weeks this blog will profile the sites and the students that will take centre stage during the summer!
